Paintings are shipped all over the world using a special express delivery service for art objects. 

Delivery time may take from 5 to 14 days (including the time of obtaining the necessary documents for the export of the painting abroad).

Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the size of the painting and the country of destination.

Packing paintings

We treat our paintings with great care and concern. This applies primarily to the packaging of each painting.

We attach a certificate of authenticity for each painting.

Payment

Dear clients!

At the moment, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard don’t work with online stores from Russia. Therefore, we now accept payments by bank transfer to our accounts – in dollars and euros.

After confirming the order, we will send you payment details.

Purchase returns

We have not yet had any return of paintings, and customers are always satisfied.

But we provide conditions for the return of purchase in case something went wrong.

If the painting arrived with inadequate quality or damage, please take a photo of it and send it to us. Within one week (7 days from the date of receiving) we accept a return request from customer – send us an email to info@marinazotova.com

Attention! The delivery of the painting back is carried out at the expense of the buyer. We will make a refund operation as soon as we get the painting back. Time of refund transaction takes from 3 days and depends on your bank that issued your cards.
