Delivery worldwide

We send paintings by express EMS delivery service. Shipping cost –  for our expense and free for customer.

Delivery time can take 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. We are in Moscow, Russia. During quarantine, delivery to some countries may be delayed. But in any case your painting will be delivered.

After shipment we will send you a tracking number of your parcel.

After making the payment we need a couple of days to get a certificate from the Ministry of Culture for the smooth sending of the painting to your country. We also prepare the artwork and pack it.

Handing time can take 2-4 business days.

If you want to update delivery service to DHL, write to us. In this case we will send the separate payment link for delivery.

DHL delivery can take 5-10 days.

Packing paintings

We treat our paintings with great care and concern. This applies primarily to the packaging of each painting.

Sending options depending on the size of the painting:

  1. Paintings up to 70 cm on the long side are packed in a stretcher in the box. We pack the whole painting in a stretcher without twisting it into a roll. We lay on both sides with foam plates, which will protect the canvas from possible damage. We put soft material around the edges and corners of the painting to preserve the corners during shipping.
  2. Packing of paintings over 71cm on the long side is carried out in a tube, in a roll. We carefully pack the painting in a tube, the big painting comes in a safer form if it is rolled up. We also cover the painting with the necessary materials so that it is preserved during the delivery process. We select a tube that matches the size of each painting.

Attention! The buyer pulls large paintings on the stretcher by himself. The stretcher is not included in the parcel. If you want us to put the stretcher in the parcel, write to us about it. If possible, we will put the disassembled stretcher in the tube.

We attach a certificate of authenticity for each painting.

We use a Paypal payment system.

If you do not have the opportunity to use this system, we can offer other payment methods individually (Western Union, etc.)

Purchase returns

We have not yet had any return of paintings, and customers are always satisfied.

But we provide conditions for the return of purchase in case something went wrong.

If the painting arrived with inadequate quality or damage, please take a photo of it and send it to us. Within one week (7 days from the date of receiving) we accept a return request from customer – send us an email to

Attention! The delivery of the painting back is carried out at the expense of the buyer. We will make a refund operation as soon as we get the painting back. Time of refund transaction takes from 3 days and depends on your bank that issued your cards.
